Designers from multiple studios and partner Jay Litman had a fun and informative time at NeoCon in Chicago in June.

Huichong Tang reports, “We got to experience the furniture from a user’s perspective, learning more about materials, colors and the comfort level of each product. The team also got to learn about trends in education interiors like Small Booths, Movable Seating, Soft Seating, Recycled Materials,  and Flexible Furniture. We learned by direct experience too, by moving furniture around by ourselves to see which pieces worked best for very flexible spaces like commons areas. Some of the “reconfigurable furniture” was just too heavy to be rearranged easily.”
